I don’t know how to code.

I should probably say that first, before anything else.

For most of my life I never thought I’d build software. It wasn’t my world. I’m a marketer. A drummer. A guy who likes to do things deeply, all the way, or not at all.

And then the technology changed.

Suddenly I could sit down and make something real without writing code. Just by describing what I wanted, carefully, patiently, again and again. And something in me lit up.

I’ve spent hours on this. Days. Nights I probably shouldn’t admit to.

Here’s why I’m writing this down instead of just building quietly.

I want you to see the whole thing. Not the polished after. The during. The parts where I’m lost, the walls I hit, and the moments where something finally clicks.

Because when something finally clicks, I don’t want to keep it to myself.

I want to hand it to you, so you don’t have to bleed for it the way I did.

That’s the deal here. I go on the adventure. I bring back what I find. You skip the pain.

And if you ever want me to build something for you, or to show you how, that door is open. I’ll tell you honestly what I can do and what’s still over my head. No pretending.

There’s always a real person on the other side. Here, that’s me.

Hi.
